Good Directors:
- Need to be able to be open-minded (not a cookie-cutter)
- Be flexible - there are lots of hiccups, so work around it.
- Being able to convey ideas clearly
- Good communication
- Good organization
- Supportive -- be present for your team. Can't just make the decisions and just say it. You need to a team player.
- Be Responsible -- the team needs to trust you.
- Trust others. You need to trust the team.
Bad Directors are:
- Rude
- Late
- Disorganized
- Have no focus / concept
- Unsure of the story.
