Collaborative Project Portfolio

In class today, I would like you to being working on the Collaborative Project Portfolio.

You should begin by downloading the IB Theatre Guide. Here is the link.

As a group, read the description of the Collaborative Project, starting on page (75-80).

After this, take a look at the revised new syllabus rubric.

Create a visual chart that represents the expectations for the portfolio. If you have questions/concerns, be sure to write this down.

With any remaining time, you may begin to work on your own portfolio.

You may hand it on Friday in class OR turn into Ms. Grimes (in her office) on Monday morning at 8:00 am.

You must choose one moment which reflects on a personal contribution or moment of realization. In lieu of the 4 minute video selection, each of you may choose one section of the piece to highlight. (We do have this on video.)

In reality, "Should Have" was a mock collaborative project. A few differences:

1) I won't be able to lead/guide your work. I can give some feedback, but not much.
2) You will need to hold a "talk back" with audiences and assess how your intentions were perceived by the audience.
3) You will need to do a bit more research on the Theatre Companies BEFORE the actual collaboration process.
4) Each of you will need to focus on a different area (directing, acting, lights, costume, set, etc.)
