Year 2 - Solo Project Deadlines

For the Solo Project, we will work on the topic for the week. Every week, there is an aspect of the work that is due. Unless a specific due date is outlined below, you must turn it on Friday. If we have class on Friday, the required assignment is due on Friday in class. If we don't have class on Friday, it will still be due by 4pm on Friday.

Week of Jan. 29 -->Return to School - RP / Solo Project Expectations & Theorist/Theory

   Due: Theorist Selected & Context Explored

Due: Tuesday (Feb. 6) 

·         Resources Identified: 

·         1 primary source 

·         3-4 secondary sources

Week of Feb. 5 --> Research of Theorist, Theory & Planning

   Due: Part One of the Research Report (The Theorist, selected aspect(s) of theory & the context) 

Week of Feb.  12 --> (Carnaval) Writing Planning Out Solo Project

   Due: Script 

Week of Feb. 19 --> Exploration of Theory & Design Completed

   Due: Design Sketches & Justifications 

           

Week of Feb. 26 --> Rehearsal with Mentors 

  Due: 

·         Part 2 of Report Exploration with Personal Reflection Write Up

·         Talk Back Planned

Week of March 5 --> March 6 Final Performance / Talk-Back ; Begin Report

March 10 (Saturday, by 6 pm) --> 1st Draft Report Due

March 14 --> Final Report Due
