Write a reflection on the Mitchell's workshop. What did you enjoy about the workshop? What is your take-away? What did you learn about her style of theatre? What do you appreciate about this style of theatre? How can you imagine using this style of theatre in the future? (Even if you didn't love it, think about a possible application!)
the usage of the original alienation effects are no longer found in general media, and so the approach of musicals and modern takes on the use of the narrator and monologues was very interesting. being able to incorporate that into future shows would allow me to look into a character more in depth in a straight forward way, instead of making the audience only look at the approaches through the characters interactions with other characters.
